I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation in a quiet and familiar neighborhood in Leeds. The room I stayed in was spacious and had everything I needed, including a kettle and plenty of storage. The hostess was kind and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was great, with easy access to the city center by bus. I especially enjoyed seeing the kids playing freely and safely in the streets, reminding me of my own childhood. I had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend this place.
While there were a few cleanliness issues, such as the dirty floors and a strange smell on arrival, they could easily be fixed with a good cleaning regime. The surrounding homes were a bit noisy, but it didn't affect my ability to get a good night's sleep.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with more options.

I recently stayed at a lovely room in Leeds and had a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was peaceful and filled with green spaces, bringing back nostalgic memories of my childhood. The hostess was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center by bus. Moreover, the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle for tea and coffee. I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant stay in Leeds.
Although there were no major issues, I did notice that the curtains in Room 2 didn't quite fit the window, allowing some light to shine through. Additionally, the cleanliness of some areas, such as under the bed and the kitchen, could use some improvement.

The location was ideal for my needs, situated close to the John Charles centre for sport. the room I stayed in had a kettle, plenty of storage, and provided coffee and tea. the shared bathroom, which was only shared between two guest rooms, had a bathtub. the neighborhood was lovely, with green areas and a residential feel. the hostess was kind and helpful, making me feel at home. It was easy to reach the accommodation from the city center, about a 25-minute bus ride.
The cleanliness of the shared facilities could be improved, with towels not being changed regularly and selective garbage bins not being emptied.

Free WiFi was a godsend! Private parking made me feel like a VIP. And oh, the garden, absolutely fabulous! I could just picture myself sipping tea and gossiping with the roses.
Who needs clean towels anyway? It's much more fun to invent new fragrances with the ones already provided.

The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the nearby sports center. The room was clean and budget-friendly, which was a major plus. We appreciated having a kettle in the room, as well as plenty of storage space. The shared bathroom, which was only shared with one other room, was well-equipped and even had a bathtub, adding a nice touch to our stay.
That the curtains in our room didn't fit the window properly, allowing light to shine through. It was a minor inconvenience, but it did make it harder to sleep in.
